Description

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe (but still slightly firm) yellow peaches, sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
- 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the peaches, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and basil ribbons.
- Drizzle with honey and lime juice.
- Toss gently with tongs until everything is coated.
- Serve immediately, or chill if preferred.
Notes
- Use maple syrup instead of honey to make it vegan.
- Add strawberries, raspberries, or cherries for extra variety.
- Swap basil with mint for a refreshing twist.
- Add a spicy kick with chili powder or cayenne.
- Make it more filling by adding cheese, avocado, or greens.
