Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- Everything bagel seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix cooked beef with hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Velveeta. Stir until cheese begins to melt and is evenly combined.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a 15×10-inch rectangle.
- Spread beef and cheese mixture over dough, leaving a border around edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge, jelly-roll style. Seal the edges and ends. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush top with water or melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Cool slightly, slice thick, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
