Description

Juicy, marinated chicken bites grilled to perfection and coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. A quick and flavorful dish perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well to coat evenly.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until fully cooked and charred. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Set aside.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add grilled chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes to the sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Mix in herbs like thyme or basil for an herby flavor.
  • Add lemon zest to brighten the sauce.
  • Include grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
