Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well to coat evenly.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until fully cooked and charred. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add grilled chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
