Description

This irresistible Graham Cracker Toffee is the ultimate quick-fix dessert! Made with simple pantry staples, it delivers layers of buttery toffee, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers—perfect for holidays or anytime snacking.

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sea salt, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the entire sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a gentle boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 7–10 minutes, until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let sit for 2 minutes to melt.
  7. Spread melted chocolate and add desired toppings.
  8. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 1 week, or refrigerate/freeze for longer shelf life.
  • For a twist, try using cinnamon graham crackers, white chocolate, or creative toppings like crushed pretzels.
  • If chocolate doesn’t melt fully, pop the tray back in the warm oven briefly.
