These no-bake Golden Grahams S’mores Bars bring together the classic flavors of s’mores using cereal, marshmallows, and melted chocolate, making it a fun and easy treat that doesn’t require a fire.
Ingredients
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ¼ cup light corn syrup (or substitute with ¼ cup sugar + 1 tablespoon water)
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (reserved)
Instructions
- Butter a 9×13-inch baking pan and set it aside.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, gently melt butter, 5 cups of mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and corn syrup, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in the Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly with a buttered spatula.
- Let the bars set at room temperature for about 1 hour, then slice into squares.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, use 8 cups of cereal instead of 7.
- Swap milk chocolate chips for semi-sweet chocolate or chopped chocolate bars for a different sweetness level.
- For extra gooeyness, fold in more marshmallows or sprinkle some on top.
- A splash of vanilla extract adds extra depth of flavor.
- Bars stay fresh at room temperature for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
