Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and golden.
- Stir in the ground beef, cooking until fully browned and breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the beef, stirring to coat evenly.
- Mix in the corn and combine well.
- Reduce heat to low, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Once melted and bubbly, remove from heat and garnish with green onions or parsley.
