Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, savory snacks that pack cheesy, seasoned ground beef inside flaky biscuit dough, finished with a buttery garlic-Parmesan topping.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until combined.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small round on a clean surface.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each dough round, then fold and pinch the edges to seal.
- Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and brush over the tops of each sealed dough ball.
- Place on the baking sheet, sealed side down, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, mix in diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Swap cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different cheese profile.
- To make vegetarian, use sautéed mushrooms or plant-based meat substitute.
- Ensure edges are sealed tightly to prevent leakage.
