Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, savory snacks that pack cheesy, seasoned ground beef inside flaky biscuit dough, finished with a buttery garlic-Parmesan topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until combined.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a small round on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each dough round, then fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and brush over the tops of each sealed dough ball.
  7. Place on the baking sheet, sealed side down, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, mix in diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different cheese profile.
  • To make vegetarian, use sautéed mushrooms or plant-based meat substitute.
  • Ensure edges are sealed tightly to prevent leakage.
