Ingredients
- Ground chicken
- Plain breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Egg
- Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place on the prepared baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until cooked through and firm.
- Add extra mozzarella on top and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, until melted and slightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
