Ingredients

  • Ground chicken
  • Plain breadcrumbs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
