Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate party snack or family dinner idea—featuring seasoned ground beef, cheddar, and cream cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter and Parmesan, then baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain grease.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and cheddar to the beef. Mix until combined.
- Flatten biscuits into circles. Spoon beef mixture into center of each. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
- Mix melted butter and Parmesan. Brush over sealed dough balls.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy version.
- Use mozzarella or pepper jack for different cheese flavors.
