These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, cheesy, beef-filled snacks wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection. They’re perfect for appetizers, party snacks, or a fun dinner option.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese with the beef mixture.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold dough around it, pinching to seal.
- Place sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each one.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optionally, brush with more garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley after baking.
