Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized, cheesy, beef-filled snacks wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection. They’re perfect for appetizers, party snacks, or a fun dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
  4. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese with the beef mixture.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  6. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold dough around it, pinching to seal.
  7. Place sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush tops of each bomb.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each one.
  10. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Optionally, brush with more garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley after baking.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
  • Try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
  • Add pickles, onions, or spice to customize flavor.
  • Serve with dips like ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo for extra flavor.
  • Freeze before or after baking for easy future meals.
