Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage together until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcook the tortellini as it will cook further in the sauce.
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
- Add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
