Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp butter.
- Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove, rest, and slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked linguine and coat with sauce.
- Top with sliced steak and serve hot.
