Description

These garlic butter steak bites & creamy Alfredo pasta twists are a restaurant-style meal made at home. Juicy, seared steak bites coated in garlic butter pair perfectly with rich, cheesy Alfredo pasta spirals for a comforting, flavor-packed dinner.

Ingredients

  • For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • For the Creamy Alfredo Pasta Twists:
  • 12 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. For the Steak Bites:
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic. Stir to coat the steak in garlic butter.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and set aside.
  6. For the Alfredo Pasta Twists:
  7. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  8. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  9. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  10. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the steak in the pan—work in batches if needed for a good sear.
  • Add a splash of pasta water to loosen the Alfredo sauce if it’s too thick.
  • Steak and pasta can be prepped ahead and reheated separately.
