Ingredients
- For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- For the Creamy Alfredo Pasta Twists:
- 12 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- For the Steak Bites:
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
- Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic. Stir to coat the steak in garlic butter.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and set aside.
- For the Alfredo Pasta Twists:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the steak in the pan—work in batches if needed for a good sear.
- Add a splash of pasta water to loosen the Alfredo sauce if it’s too thick.
- Steak and pasta can be prepped ahead and reheated separately.
