Ingredients
- 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
 - 3 tablespoons butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
 - Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and the steak bites. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
 - Add the minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
 - Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
 - Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
