Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and the steak bites. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Add the minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
