Description

Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak is a quick and flavorful dish with tender steak bites seared and coated in rich garlic butter. Inspired by Brazilian churrasco, it’s perfect for weeknights or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding; sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Stir to coat the steak in the garlic butter; cook garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if using.
  8. Serve hot with preferred sides.
