Ingredients

Instructions
- Whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just combined to form a thick batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil using a spoon or cookie scoop.
- Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes, flipping as needed.
- Remove bites with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
