Description

Frozen S’mores transform the classic campfire treat into a chilled, no-bake dessert layered with chocolate pudding, cream cheese-marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
  • 24 graham crackers, broken in half
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme (fluff)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper, letting excess hang over the sides.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Freeze briefly until firm.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the marshmallow mixture atop the chocolate layer, then top with remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until set.
  5. Lift the entire slab out using parchment, place on a cutting board, and slice into 12 squares. Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving if too firm. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use chocolate graham crackers or melted chocolate for extra richness.
  • Allow frozen bars to soften at room temperature before serving.
  • Store individually wrapped squares in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
  • Microwave cream cheese in short bursts to soften quickly.
