Description
Frozen S’mores transform the classic campfire treat into a chilled, no-bake dessert layered with chocolate pudding, cream cheese-marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
- 24 graham crackers, broken in half
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme (fluff)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper, letting excess hang over the sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Freeze briefly until firm.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the marshmallow mixture atop the chocolate layer, then top with remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until set.
- Lift the entire slab out using parchment, place on a cutting board, and slice into 12 squares. Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving if too firm. Enjoy!
Notes
- Use chocolate graham crackers or melted chocolate for extra richness.
- Allow frozen bars to soften at room temperature before serving.
- Store individually wrapped squares in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
- Microwave cream cheese in short bursts to soften quickly.
