Ingredients
- 1 boxed brownie mix
- 1 egg
- Unsalted butter (for both brownie and silk layer)
- Milk
- 1 semi-sweet chocolate bar (e.g., Baker’s Chocolate)
- 1 package cream cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping
- Optional: Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.
- Mix brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread batter in dish and bake 25–28 minutes; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix.
- Melt chocolate and butter in microwave in 30-second intervals; stir until smooth.
- Combine melted chocolate with cream cheese mixture, then fold in Cool Whip.

- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
