Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy burger bites wrapped in biscuit dough and brushed with garlicky Parmesan butter, perfect for parties or a fun dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 cubes cheddar cheese (about 1/2-inch each)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Top with a cube of cheese.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Brush again with the garlic-Parmesan butter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Ensure dough is sealed well to prevent leaks.
  • Reheat in oven for a crispier crust.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
  • Try different cheeses or add bacon for variation.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.
