Ingredients
- Warm water
- Granulated sugar
- Active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy.
- Add melted butter and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic (about 6–8 minutes).
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12–15 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise again until puffy.
