Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz cream cheese or garlic cream cheese spread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil for toasting
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: spinach, tomatoes, onions, or any other preferred fillings
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas and spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each one. Add optional fillings if desired.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla in and roll up tightly to form wraps.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
