This Dorito Casserole is a hearty, cheesy, and crunchy dish featuring seasoned ground beef, creamy cheese sauce, and Nacho Cheese Doritos, making it a comforting and crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 medium onion, chopped
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
 - 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
 - 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
 - 1 bag (9.25 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, slightly crushed
 - 2-3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
 - Add taco seasoning, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies. Stir and cook until heated through and combined.
 - Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish.
 - Spoon half of the beef mixture over Doritos and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
 - Repeat the layers with remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
 - Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Use different Dorito flavors like Cool Ranch or Spicy Nacho for variety.
 - Add black beans or corn to the meat mixture for extra texture.
 - Top with jalapeños, diced tomatoes, or green onions for added flavor.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
