Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in diced peaches.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil using a spoon or cookie scoop.
- Fry for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove fritters and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- For the glaze: whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip warm fritters in the glaze and let set slightly before serving.
