Description

Crockpot Angel Chicken is an easy, creamy, and comforting slow cooker dinner made with tender chicken, Italian seasoning, and a rich cream cheese sauce served over angel hair pasta. This no-fuss recipe is the ultimate cozy weeknight meal your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (0.7 oz) dry Italian dressing mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • Cooked angel hair pasta, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in the bottom of a crockpot. Pour sauce over the top to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot over cooked angel hair pasta.

Notes

  • Swap chicken breasts with boneless thighs for a juicier option.
  • Add mushrooms or peas in the last hour for a veggie boost.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle Parmesan or red pepper flakes before serving.
  • Store sauce and pasta separately to keep texture fresh.
