Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • Angel hair pasta (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  6. Shred the chicken or leave it whole. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta.
