Description

Crispy Ranch Parmesan Chicken Tenders are flavorful, crunchy chicken strips coated in ranch seasoning, parmesan, and panko breadcrumbs. They’re perfect as a main dish, snack, or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil (for baking or frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or heat oil in a pan for frying.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with panko, parmesan, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. For baking: place tenders on a greased baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  5. For frying: cook in hot oil (350°F) for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Let rest on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.

Notes

  • Air-frying option: 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Make gluten-free with almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • Press breadcrumb coating firmly to help it stick.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer at 375°F for 5-10 minutes for best texture.
