Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  3. Spread them cut‑side down on a parchment‑lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced to roast properly.

  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes until fork‑tender with golden, crispy edges and a crisped cheese crust.
