Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and mash the potatoes, setting them aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until dough-like.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
