Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
