Instructions
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear both sides for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Rice: In the same skillet, stir in rice, chicken broth, paprika, and thyme.
- Simmer: Return chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, until rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
