Ingredients

Instructions
- Season beef tips with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear beef until browned on all sides.
- Transfer beef to the crockpot.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until softened. Add to crockpot.
