Ingredients
- Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- Potato gnocchi
- Carrots, diced
- Celery, chopped

- Heavy cream

Instructions
- Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in olive oil or butter in a large skillet or pot until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

- Stir in the gnocchi and cook until the gnocchi is tender and floating, about 3–4 minutes.
