Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Fold in Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20‑25 minutes until bubbly.
