Description

A rich and creamy bruschetta dip perfect for gatherings, combining creamy cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
