Description
A creamy, tangy burger sauce inspired by the classic Big Mac-style flavor—perfect for burgers, fries, and sandwiches.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish (sweet or dill, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and yellow mustard; mix until smooth.
- Add the white vinegar and pickle relish; stir to incorporate.
- Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika; mix well.
- If desired, stir in sugar for a touch of sweetness, then adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes—this allows the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the sauce a final stir and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- You can use sweet pickle relish for a sweeter sauce or dill relish for tanginess.
- For more kick, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can thin it with a little pickle juice or milk.
- This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week in an airtight container.
