Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat cottage cheese

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
