Description

A simple and elegant two-ingredient treat featuring fresh raspberries and rich chocolate. Perfect for quick desserts or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate, coarsely chopped or chips
  • 24 fresh raspberries, washed and dried

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every minute until smooth.
  3. Drop about a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
  4. Place 2 to 3 raspberries into each cup on top of the chocolate.
  5. Add another small spoonful of melted chocolate to cover the raspberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate firms up.
  7. Let the bites sit at room temperature briefly, then gently remove with a knife.
