Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate, coarsely chopped or chips
- 24 fresh raspberries, washed and dried
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every minute until smooth.
- Drop about a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
- Place 2 to 3 raspberries into each cup on top of the chocolate.
- Add another small spoonful of melted chocolate to cover the raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate firms up.
- Let the bites sit at room temperature briefly, then gently remove with a knife.
Notes
- Use dark, milk, or white chocolate based on preference.
- Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts or crushed cookies on top for added texture.
- Add a drop of raspberry extract to enhance the raspberry flavor.
