Description
A portable twist on the classic Caesar salad, this Chicken Caesar Wrap combines crisp romaine, creamy dressing, Parmesan, croutons, and chicken in a soft tortilla—perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup croutons (homemade or store-bought)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (10‑inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if desired.
- Warm each tortilla in a skillet or microwave until pliable, about 15–30 seconds per side. Keep warm under a kitchen towel.
- Lay tortillas on a clean surface, scoop in salad mixture, fold in the sides, and roll burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if needed, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and great flavor.
- Wraps are best eaten the same day to avoid sogginess.
- To prep ahead, store components separately and assemble before serving.
- Warming the tortilla makes rolling easier and helps it hold its shape.
