Description

These Cheesy Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sliders combine savory sausage patties, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheeses inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for breakfast gatherings or meal prep, they’re easy to make, customizable, and deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 12 Hawaiian slider buns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shape the sausage into 12 small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Scramble the eggs and cook until just set.
  4. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  5. Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom buns.
  6. Add Pepper Jack cheese slices on top of the eggs.
  7. Place cooked sausage patties over the cheese.
  8. Top with American cheese slices.
  9. Cover with the top half of the buns.
  10. Mix melted butter with maple syrup and brush generously over the top of the buns.
  11. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

  • Use turkey or chicken sausage for a leaner option.
  • Spice it up with jalapeños or hot sauce in the eggs.
  • Substitute Hawaiian rolls with soft dinner rolls or mini croissants if desired.
  • Try different cheeses like cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
  • Sliders can be frozen individually and reheated from frozen.
