Ingredients
- 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
 - ½ cup chopped pepperoni
 - ½ cup diced green bell pepper
 - ¼ cup diced red onion
 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - ¼ cup melted butter
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - Red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
 - In a bowl, combine mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Spread the filling down the center of the dough, leaving space around the edges.
 - Fold the sides over the filling and pinch the edges to seal into a loaf.
 - Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
 - Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
