It’s the perfect party snack or weeknight dinner that’s quick to prep, easy to customize, and irresistibly cheesy. Skip the takeout—this garbage bread is a fun and flavorful twist everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the filling down the center of the dough, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and pinch the edges to seal into a loaf.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add mushrooms, spinach, or zucchini.
  • Spice it up with jalapeños or spicy sausage.
  • Try different cheeses like provolone or cheddar.
  • Add a layer of marinara or ranch inside for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers reheat best in the oven to keep the crust crispy.
