Description

This Cheesy Chicken Pasta combines tender chicken, creamy cheese sauce, and pasta for a rich, comforting, and flavorful meal perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
