Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
