Ingredients
- Lean ground beef
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Finely diced onion
- Cheddar cheese slices
- Mayonnaise (optional)
- Slider buns or dinner rolls
- Butter, melted
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Cook Beef: Sauté onions until soft. Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and drain excess fat. Stir in mayo for added creaminess, if desired.
- Prepare Buns: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice buns in half horizontally and place bottoms in a greased baking dish.
- Assemble Sliders: Layer half the cheese, then the beef, then the remaining cheese. Top with bun tops.
- Butter & Bake: Brush buns with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil and bake 12–15 mins. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until tops are golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve with optional toppings.
