Description

Charcuterie cups are individual servings of a traditional charcuterie board, perfect for parties and events. They are customizable, visually appealing, and easy to assemble with no cooking required.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 cups dried fruit (like dates or apricots)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls or bocconcini
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese (plain or flavored)
  • 12 ounces sharp cheddar
  • 8 ounces salami
  • 1 cup seedless cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup pickled vegetables or olives
  • 2 boxes of crackers

Instructions

  1. Slice the cheeses into cubes and cut the salami into bite-sized or foldable pieces. Rinse and dry all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Create small skewers using combinations of cheese, meat, fruits, and vegetables.
  3. Layer each cup with a mix of skewers, nuts, dried fruit, and pickled items, balancing colors and textures.
  4. Add a few crackers into each cup or serve them separately.
  5. Top each cup with a sprig of rosemary or another fresh herb for garnish.

Notes

  • Prep ingredients up to 3 days in advance and assemble cups up to 2 hours before serving.
  • Use clear plastic or glass cups (4–6 oz) for best presentation.
  • Skip the meat for a vegetarian version.
  • Include small containers of jam, honey, or mustard for extra flair.
  • Dry ingredients thoroughly to avoid sogginess.
