Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried apple slices, chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches the soft ball stage (234°F/112°C).
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices.
- Pour into prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
