Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak tips until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside.
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Return the steak tips to the skillet and mix gently to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
