Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and spread it evenly with a spoon.
- Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
