Description

This Caesar Chicken with Asparagus is a simple and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender chicken breasts and fresh asparagus baked in creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for a quick, low-carb dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and spread it evenly with a spoon.
  4. Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use boneless chicken thighs for a juicier variation.
  • Substitute asparagus with broccoli or green beans if desired.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Top with crushed croutons for added crunch.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
