This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a quick and flavorful dish combining spicy buffalo sauce, tender chicken, and creamy cheeses on a crispy flatbread crust. Perfect for game days or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads (14.5 ounces total)
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
- 1½ cups diced cooked chicken (approximately ¾ pound)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup blue cheese dressing
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a parchment-lined sheet pan and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
- Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and just starting to crisp.
- Remove from the oven and spread the buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the diced chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
- Bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until the edges are slightly browned.
- For a golden top, place under the broiler on high for the last 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions and additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing if desired.
