Ingredients
- 3‑4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil (to brush on chicken)

- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt (for sauce)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper (for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (205 °C). Spray a baking dish with non‑stick cooking spray.
- Brush olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts; season each side with salt and pepper.
