Description

This Bold & Zesty Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta Skillet is a one-pan wonder packed with creamy, spicy, cheesy flavor. With tender chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and melty cheese all tossed with pasta, it’s the ultimate weeknight comfort meal. Ready in 30 minutes, this easy skillet dinner delivers big flavor with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cubed)
  • Pasta (penne, rotini, or any short pasta)
  • Buffalo wing sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Chicken broth
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onions or parsaley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Add uncooked pasta.
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  4. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Let it sit a minute or two to thicken.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley and serve hot

Notes

  • Swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Doesn’t freeze well, but stores great in the fridge.
