Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 20-25 minutes until caramelized. Add 1 tbsp honey and balsamic vinegar halfway through cooking. Stir to combine.
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each with remaining olive oil.
- Distribute the caramelized onions evenly over the naan, then top with blueberries and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the naan is crisp and the cheese is softened.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining honey, and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
