Description

A sweet and savory naan pizza topped with honey-caramelized onions, juicy blueberries, and tangy feta cheese, perfect as a light meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey, divided
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 20-25 minutes until caramelized. Add 1 tbsp honey and balsamic vinegar halfway through cooking. Stir to combine.
  3. Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each with remaining olive oil.
  4. Distribute the caramelized onions evenly over the naan, then top with blueberries and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the naan is crisp and the cheese is softened.
