A copycat Outback Steakhouse blooming onion sauce — creamy, tangy, and spiced, perfect for dipping onion rings or fried foods.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with onion rings or other fried foods.
